The pickup & delivery fee covers round trip service including removing and returning furniture off of your rugs when picking them up and delivering them back to you. The rugs and any furniture being delivered for upholstery cleaning will be wrapped in a protective plastic cover that will be removed by our technicians upon delivery.
*Please Note: The prices below do NOT include any rug services. It covers only our white glove pickup & delivery service. We offer a significant discount on our rug cleaning services if you are able to drop the rugs off at our facilities and pick them up when services are completed. Please contact us for rug cleaning pricing.
All rug cleaning pickup and delivery fees cover round-trip services and include moving small to medium-sized furniture to pick up the rug and place the rug back once services have been completed.

When picking up my rugs at my home, do your technicians move furniture? Do they move the furniture back when they return the rug?
Yes. Our technicians will visit your location to handle smaller furniture pieces that can be easily moved by
TWO people. After inspecting the rug, they will carefully roll it up, load it into our delivery vehicle, and
provide you with a detailed copy of the service request before transporting it to our facility. Once the rug
services are complete, our technicians will return the rug, position it in your desired location, and place the
furniture back. WE DO NOT MOVE MECHANICAL BEDS.
Can you pick up my rugs at one location for servicing and deliver them to a different location?
Yes, the round-trip pickup & delivery fee will be based on whichever location is the farthest from our facility. Pickup/delivery fees are charged based on your zip code. I dropped off my rugs for cleaning but I’m not able to pick them up. Can you deliver the rugs to me even though I dropped them off?
Yes. Just call us and let us know. The full round-trip fee will be charged based on the delivery zip code.
What's the turn-around time to have my rugs serviced?
The amount of time to get your rugs serviced depends on several factors including the type of services you have requested, the number of services being completed on a rug, and the condition of the rug (some rugs require re-treatment) just to name a few. We always strive to complete rug services promptly but we refuse to skip on quality for the sake of expediency. For some services, we offer a "Rush" option for an additional small fee that can reduce the turn-around time if you must have your rugs returned by a specific date. Our average turn-around times are below but in some cases, the amount of time needed may be slightly longer or shorter than the average.
