Simply call us at 602-244-9329 or use our online automated scheduling form. We can typically schedule your appointment within 3 days.
Step Two - Technician Arrives
Our technician will arrive on time, fully-equipped, and ready to perform top-tier services. They will also move small furniture and move it back if needed.
Step Three - In Home Services Provided
After consulting with you and inspecting the area or items to be cleaned, the cleaning technician will complete the requested services and return any furniture.
Step Four - Rug Pickup (Optional)
If requested, for the most thorough rug cleaning, our specialist will carefully roll up your rug and transport it back to our facility for a specialized deep-clean.
Step Five - Rug Delivery & Layout
Once your rug is meticulously cleaned, we will deliver it back to your home and lay it out exactly where you want it. This is the ultimate rug cleaning service.

In-Home Services FAQ's
Do you offer onsite wall-to-wall, installed carpet cleaning for apartments, condos & commercial buildings?
Please note that our onsite carpet cleaning services are limited to single-level and 2 story individual single-family homes. We are unable to accommodate requests for apartments, mobile homes, or high-rise buildings above 2 floors.
Do you offer onsite furniture and upholstery cleaning services?
Absolutely! If you have furniture or upholstery that needs cleaning give us a call. We’ll come to you. You’re also welcome to drop off your furniture or cushions at our facility. I'm sorry, we don't currently offer on-site hard surface flooring or tile floor cleaning.
Do I have to have a water hookup, or do your carpet cleaning vans have their own water supply?
Our carpet cleaning vans are not equipped with their own water supply, so an active water source is required for us to clean your carpets or upholstery on-site.
Do you clean hard surfaces like wood or tile?
Our onsite service focuses on wall-to-wall carpets and upholstery. We don't currently offer cleaning for other types of flooring.
You do In-Home Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, but do you also do In-Home rug cleaning?
If we are at your home cleaning your carpets and upholstery we can also clean the rugs in your home while we're onsite. However, we highly recommend you allow our technician to take the rugs back to our facility to have them properly and thoroughly cleaned. Cleaning the rugs on-site will get them clean but not as clean or sanitized as if they go through our full-service multi-stage cleaning process.
Do you also clean leather, hides, and animal furs?
We clean leather, hides, and animal fur rugs and upholstery but are unable to clean them on-site. They would need to be taken to our facilities to properly clean them. Due to the nature of the material, a highly specialized process and extreme care must be given to prevent potential damage to the rug.
What's the turn-around time to have my rugs serviced?
The amount of time to get your rugs serviced depends on several factors including the type of services you have requested, the number of services being completed on a rug, and the condition of the rug (some rugs require re-treatment) just to name a few. We always strive to complete rug services promptly but we refuse to skip on quality for the sake of expediency. For some services, we offer a "Rush" option for an additional small fee that can reduce the turn-around time if you must have your rugs returned by a specific date. Our average turn-around times are below but in some cases, the amount of time needed may be slightly longer or shorter than the average.

Once you clean my carpets, how long will it take to dry?
It's difficult to give an exact answer due to the number of variables involved such as carpet material, carpet style, room temperature, humidity, etc. but, on average, most carpets will dry in approximately 6-8 hours.
